1. Who We Are
AI Health Scan is a wellness and educational photo-analysis app. It reviews photos you capture (front face and side profile) and related information you enter (such as age and gender) to generate AI-based wellness insights.
The App is not a medical device, is not a diagnostic service, and does not provide medical advice, treatment, or emergency care. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.

Before you take scan photos, the App shows a permission screen that explains what data is sent and who it is sent to.
If you tap Allow and continue, your selected photo(s), together with age, gender, and optional name, are sent over a secure connection so we can generate your scan results.
Who it is sent to: Your selected photo will be sent to Gemini, a third-party AI service provider, to analyze the image and generate your scan results.
If you tap Don’t allow, no scan photos or personal scan data are sent for AI analysis, and the camera/scan flow does not continue.
Scan photos are processed to create the report you requested. We do not permanently store uploaded scan images on our servers after processing is completed.
Reports and photo copies may remain on your device until you delete the scan, delete your account, or uninstall the App.
Scan photos are not sold and are not used for advertising.

- Driver location provided by the Safe Commute service so you can view live trip progress
- The Parent App does not collect your location in the background when the App is closed. Location is used while you are using map/tracking features.
Driver App:
- Approximate and precise device location
- Ongoing location updates during an active shift, including while the App is running in the background or not in active use, so assigned parents can track the commute in real time
Location is used only to provide commute tracking. We do not use location for advertising.

- Camera access to generate or scan QR codes used to link children/passengers to trips

- Data stored locally on your device, for example login session/token, using on-device storage

We use this data to:
- Create and manage parent and driver accounts
- Add, update, and display child/passenger commute profiles
- Store vehicle and shift details
- Link children to assigned drivers/trips using QR codes
- Start and stop shifts
- Show live and historical commute status
- Display maps and routes
- Share live trip location with assigned parents during a commute
- Send pick-up, drop-off, trip, and emergency notifications
- Process premium subscriptions through Google Play (Parent App)
- Secure the Apps, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with law
- Provide customer support and account deletion when requested
We do not sell personal data.
We do not use personal data for third-party advertising or ad tracking.
We do not use collected data for unrelated purposes.
5. Location Data, Including Background Location (Google Play Disclosure)
Live commute tracking is a core feature of Safe Commute.
Parent App
- We access approximate and precise location only after you grant permission.
- Your location is used to show “Your Location” on the map during tracking.
- Driver location is received from our service so you can see trip progress.
- The Parent App does not collect location in the background when the App is closed.
- You can deny or later revoke location permission in your device settings.
- If location is turned off, map/live-tracking may not work, but you can still use other account features.
Driver App
What we collect:
- Approximate location
- Precise location
- Location while the App is in use
- Location in the background while a commute/shift tracking feature is active, even if you are not actively looking at the App
Why we collect it:
- To send the driver’s current latitude and longitude to our servers during an active shift
- So assigned parents can see the vehicle’s trip progress in the Parent App
- To support school commute safety and on-time pick-up/drop-off tracking
When it is collected:
Location is requested after the driver grants permission. During an active shift, the Driver App may continue collecting and uploading location updates, including in the background, so tracking remains accurate for parents.
Driver control:
- You can deny location permission.
- You can later revoke location or background location permission in Android settings.
- If location or background location is turned off, live tracking for parents will not work correctly, but other account features may still be available.
We do not sell location data.
We do not use location data for advertising.
We do not collect background location for any purpose other than providing live school-commute tracking to assigned parents.
6. Children’s Information
The Parent App is intended for parents and guardians, not for children to use as the primary account holder.
The Driver App is intended for adult drivers/operators.
Child information is provided by a parent/guardian so the school commute can be tracked. Drivers may see passenger/child details needed to complete an assigned trip. We do not knowingly allow children to create parent or driver accounts.
We do not use children’s information for advertising.
We do not sell children’s information.
If you believe a child’s data was submitted without proper parental authority, or is shown in error, email junaid@pkteam.com and we will delete it.
7. Sharing and Third Parties
We share data only as needed to operate the Apps:
- Our hosting/API servers, to provide accounts, child/passenger profiles, vehicle/shift records, trips, and tracking
- Assigned drivers and assigned parents in the Safe Commute service, only as needed for an assigned trip, for example child/passenger name, school details, trip status, driver/vehicle details, live location during an active shift, and SOS alerts
- Google Maps / Google location services, to display maps and directions in the Parent App
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google), to send push notifications
- Google Play Billing, to process and validate in-app subscriptions in the Parent App
We do not share personal data with third parties for their independent marketing.
We confirm that any third party with whom we share user data is required to provide the same or equal protection of that data as described in this Privacy Policy and as required by the Google Play User Data policy.
Google’s own privacy policy also applies to Google services used by the Apps:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
8. Payments
Premium subscriptions in the Parent App on Android are processed by Google Play Billing.
We do not receive or store your full Google account password or full payment card number.
Google Play’s terms and privacy policy also apply to payment processing.
The Driver App does not process in-app purchases.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable industry-standard measures to protect personal and sensitive user data, including:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit
- Authenticated API requests
- Restricted server access
- On-device storage of session information
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
10. Data Retention
We keep account, child/passenger, vehicle, shift, trip, location, and related records while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with law.
Live location updates are used to provide current trip tracking.
Push notification tokens are kept while notifications are enabled.
Local device data is removed when you uninstall an App, but uninstalling an App does not automatically delete your server-side account.
When you request account deletion, we delete associated personal data from production systems, except where we must retain limited records for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal obligations.
11. Your Choices, Consent, and Deletion
You may:
- Access or update profile, child, vehicle, and shift information in the relevant App
- Withdraw consent by turning off location, background location, camera, photos, or notifications in device settings
- Stop using premium features by managing or cancelling your subscription in Google Play (Parent App)
- Request deletion of your account and associated personal data
To request deletion, email junaid@pkteam.com from your registered email. Use the subject “Delete Safe Commute Parent account” or “Delete Safe Commute Driver account”, and ask us to delete your account.
We will process verified deletion requests and remove associated user data rather than only deactivating or freezing the account, except for data we are legally required to keep.
Deleting an App from your device does not automatically delete server-side account data unless you request account deletion.
12. Permissions Used by the Apps
Parent App may request:
- Internet access, to connect to our servers
- Approximate and precise location, for map/trip tracking
- Camera and photos, for profile pictures and QR features

PDF Studio — Privacy Policy (Android / Google Play)
Operated by Aladdin Apps
Contact: junaid@pkteam.com
Effective date: August 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PDF Studio (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) handles information when you use our Android app published on Google Play by Aladdin App, and related conversion services. It is written to meet Google Play User Data policy requirements (including a publicly available privacy policy and accurate Data safety disclosures). By using PDF Studio, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Who We Are and Scope
PDF Studio provides on-device tools and cloud-assisted document conversion (for example images, Word, Excel, PPT, and PDF utilities). This Policy covers data processed in the App and by our conversion API while fulfilling your requests. It does not cover third-party apps, websites, or services you open outside PDF Studio (including other PDF readers you may use to open password-protected files).
Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account. Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
- User-generated content you choose to process — documents, images, PDFs, and related files you select, scan, or upload for conversion or PDF tools.
- App preferences stored on your device — such as language and theme.
- Technical information needed to operate the service — for example temporary transfer of your selected files to our conversion servers, and standard network request metadata (such as IP address, device/OS type, timestamps, and error logs) that may be collected by servers or infrastructure to deliver and secure the service.
We do not intentionally collect your name, email, phone number, or payment details inside the App unless you contact us voluntarily.
How We Use Information
We use information solely to:
- Provide conversion and PDF tools you request.
- Save conversion results on your device when the App stores outputs locally.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.
- Improve reliability and performance of the App and API.
- Respond to support or privacy requests you send us.
We do not use your documents to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal information.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. Files you submit for conversion are transmitted to our conversion backend (or hosting/infrastructure providers acting on our instructions) only to process your request and return a result.
We may share limited information if required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
If we use service providers (for example cloud hosting), they are permitted to process data only to provide services to us and must protect it appropriately. We do not share your documents with advertisers.
Data Retention and Deletion
Converted files stored by the App remain on your device until you delete them in the Files tab or uninstall the App.
Files uploaded for conversion are processed to complete your request; temporary server-side processing copies are not kept longer than needed for conversion, troubleshooting of failed jobs, or security, and are then deleted or overwritten according to our retention practices.
You can delete local outputs anytime in the App. Uninstalling the App removes App-stored preferences and locally converted files from the App’s storage on your device (subject to your device OS behavior).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect files in transit and processing environments (such as encrypted HTTPS connections where supported).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for protecting password-protected PDFs and for not sharing sensitive documents over untrusted networks.
Device Permissions
PDF Studio may request:
- Internet — to send files to the conversion API and receive results.
- Camera — only when you use scan/capture features.
- Photos/media and/or storage — to let you pick images or documents and save outputs.
Permissions are used only for features you initiate. You can deny or revoke permissions in your device settings; some features will not work without them.
Children’s Privacy
PDF Studio is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Your Choices and Rights
You can:
- Choose which files to process.
- Delete local converted files in the App.
- Revoke device permissions.
- Stop using or uninstall the App.
- Contact us to ask questions about this Policy.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of personal data, or to object to certain processing.
To exercise a request, email our privacy contact. We may need information to verify your request.
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
International Processing and Policy Updates
Your files and related technical data may be processed on servers located in countries different from where you live. Where required, we take steps designed to protect personal data during such transfers.
We may update this Policy to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The Effective date at the top of this Policy will be revised when we do.
Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy. Material changes will be reflected in the App’s Privacy Policy screen and, when required, through additional notice.
